4Seasons Transportation CEO Brooke Garcia is recognized by School Transportation News as a Rising SuperStar.
This year, School Transportation News selected just 10 professionals from across all of North America as student transportation industry leaders with an unwavering commitment to safety, growth and excellence. Amongst the recipients of the 2020 Rising Superstar recognition is 4Seasons Transportation's CEO: Brooke Garcia!
Garcia was looking for a job that allowed her to bring her daughter to work with her when she came across a posting for a School Bus Driver position at special needs transportation company 4Seasons Transportation. She worked her way up the company ladder before eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer and purchasing the company, all in a span of less than 10 years.Garcia said she is excited to continue to grow 4Seasons Transportation and impact as many children's lives as she and her team can.
"This year has shown us that we shouldn't take anything for granted," she shared. "We're grateful to be in an industry that plays an important role in getting kids back to school so their parents can get back to work. It's so rewarding to give children with special needs an equal opportunity to education and enable their parents to go to work and make an income," Garcia added.
